Consignment terms:

1. Consigner agrees that Atherton Antiques & Consignments is entitled to sell these items.

2. Consigner receives 50% of the proceeds- minus the cost of credit card processing.

3. Price may be reduced by up to 20% of consigner asking price at the discretion of Atherton Antiques.

4. Atherton Antiques recommends that consignors carry an insurance policy for their items (Homeowners or Renters insurance).  Consigner agrees that Atherton Antiques is not held responsible for theft or damage of their items.

5.  At the end of the 45 day period, items that have not been sold will be reduced further to facilitate a sale.

6.  After 90 days, remaining items need to be picked up, or Atherton Antiques and Consignments will donate them.
